Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

  1. Electrical Accessories:
  • Inspection Policy: For all electrical accessories, our team will inspect the product in front of the customer at the time of delivery. If the product is checked and approved in front of the customer, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Uninspected Products: If the product was not checked in front of the customer at the time of delivery, it is returnable within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and condition for a return to be processed.
  1. Fish, Pets, and Birds:
  • Condition upon Delivery: In the unlikely event that any fish, pet, or bird arrives deceased or in poor condition, we require that you take a video of the product immediately upon opening the package. This video should clearly show the condition of the product.
  • Return and Replacement Process: To request a replacement, please send the video evidence to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once the video is received and verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. We do not offer refunds for deceased fish, pets, or birds; only replacements are provided.
  1. Exchanges and Refunds for Damaged Items:
  • Damaged During Travel: If an item is damaged during transit, we offer the option of either an exchange or a refund. To request an exchange or refund, please follow these steps:

    2. Provide Evidence: Attach photos or videos clearly showing the damage to the item and its packaging.
    3. Return the Item: Ship the damaged item to the following address:
